This significant project proposed for the site in Parramatta is a large 17 storey commercial development. The design features very large column free spans over a 3 level basement optimised to eliminate transfer structures and open spans in the office space.

The site being located adjacent to the Parramatta River required detailed construction sequence planning for cut off wall design, dewatering and tire down measures.
