This large residential project for PAYCE, is a staged development which includes the construction of eight buildings totaling approximately 700 units on three sites at Homebush Bay.

Key structural design features for this project include the following:-

• Detailed architectural and structural planning to minimize transfer depths
• High in-ground water levels and poor foundation material
• Post tensioned floor design to allow reduced floor to floor heights to 2.92m
