The redevelopment of the Kirribilli RSL was a major project for Thakral and the Kirribilli Club.

This development consists of 3 levels of basement carpark, 3 levels for the RSL club, and 5 levels of residential. The design incorporates major transfer beams at level 2 to accommodate column free areas for the Function Centre.

A post tensioned design was adopted for all floor slabs including all transfer floors. This innovative design allowed the development to achieve the maximum number of residential floors within the approved development height limit.
